The Stereo 120 HPC SLT is proof that you should never judge a book by its cover - its understated looks disguise prodigious trail-taming ability. CUBE's highly regarded suspension kinematics are aided and abetted by a Fox 34 Factory fork and DPS Factory shock - both with Kashima coatings for ultimate bump sensitivity. There's a Fox Factory remote dropper post for better control on tough trails. Shimano's powerful XT hydraulic disc brakes and grippy Maxxis tyres offer staggering stopping power and levels of grip. And Shimano's matchless XT transmission combines a huge range, super-precise shifting and incredible reliability.
Frame and equipment
Our Stereo 120 frameset set the standard for comfortable, high performance trail bikes. The Stereo 120 HPC takes it a step further, by incorporating a light, stiff and elegant carbon front triangle for reduced weight and even better handling. The short rocker, covered pivot bearings and efficient kinematics deliver superb traction, comfort and control. A tapered head tube and Boost rear axle ensure great handling and steering precision. And our Agile Trail Geometry has got your back, helping you keep the rubber side down and the fun quotient up.

The advantages of 29 inch tires
29 inch is THE trend of the last few years, which was able to assert itself completely. Initially viewed critically by mountain bike purists and equipped with some teething troubles, the bike industry has recognized the trend and made it the new standard through continuous improvements. The advantage of the 29" tyres is the enormous running smoothness, which brings great advantages and saves power on long tours as well as uphill and downhill. Obstacles are easier to overcome due to the larger circumference of the wheels, and a greater distance is covered by turning the bottom bracket. By improvements and adjustments in the frame construction and the component selection, initial problems with the agility in the Trail and the optics of smaller frames were optimally balanced. Whether fully or hardtail, a 29 will take you far away.
